All payments for SAETEQ products are processed by Paddle (paddle.net), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and refund fulfillment on our behalf.

Perceived Loudness offers a fully functional 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate it completely before buying. Because of this:

Discount codes obtained through the listening test or promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds on discounted purchases will reflect the actual amount paid.
