By purchasing or using SAETEQ software products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Products.
Upon purchase, SAETEQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Product on up to three (3) devices that you own or control, for personal or professional use. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Product.
All SAETEQ Products, including source code, algorithms, and branding, are the intellectual property of Vidya Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidya Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.
Your purchase of Perceived Loudness includes free lifetime updates. All future updates to the Product — bug fixes, OS-compatibility patches, new features, and major new versions of the Perceived Loudness engine (including the next-generation perceptual-loudness model planned for 2026) — are provided to existing license holders at no additional cost.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
