By purchasing or using SAETEQ software products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Products.
Upon purchase, SAETEQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Product on up to three (3) devices that you own or control, for personal or professional use. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Product.
All SAETEQ Products, including source code, algorithms, and branding, are the intellectual property of Vidya Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidya Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.
Your purchase includes free updates to the same major version of the Product, including bug fixes, compatibility patches, and minor feature improvements. Major new versions (e.g., v2) are considered separate products and may require a separate purchase. Existing customers may be offered upgrade pricing at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
